Our company uses high-end manufacturing automation to produce our own polyurethane foam. Using only approved suppliers as Shell, BASF, Bayer, Dow and securing a fully monitored production process, creates a great foam product with a consistent properties and technical parameters.

No boundries in foam production – from Standard foams to complex high-resilience, fire retardant and memory foams. Of course all this can be provided in any foam grade, so that can give any comfort level required by our customer.

Using our foam cutting equipment we can deliver any shape and size for any final product – from standard flat rectangular cutting to complex CNC multi-layer cutting, where 3D designs are easily applied. Optimal sizing with minimum wastage we achieve by utilizing German top-class equipment, which is important for our customers since competitiveness is always a key.
