WADDING PRODUCTION

Thermo-bonded wadding is used almost everywhere in the comfort segment. It can be the cushioning layer needed to refine the product’s comfort properties and smoothen its appearance.

Parallel has fully equipped production to produce any type of thermo-bonded wadding. The multi-line setup can process any type of fibres into nice and smooth thermo-bonded wadding layer.

In order to secure high flexibility in every variation we have introduced many addons to our machines, which can adjust wadding height, compression, density , strength and smoothness.

Sustainability is one of the key focuses for our company. Therefore we are also working with recycled PET fibres and respectively can provide to our customers a recycled, but also recyclable product.
